This report synopsizes the discussions of 15 Pacific Young Leaders on how to enhance the strategic dialogue between the US, ROK and Japan. The discussants concluded that the three nations need to 1) coordinate their ‘public images’ more effectively; 2) minimize the distrust between Japan and South Korea; 3) continue to stress mutual intelligence sharing; and 4) engage with China in times crisis.
