What’s the status of Europe’s missile defense system? As this text sees it, the transition to a mobile defense platform and the development of other individual and collective NATO technological capabilities are good news stories. However, diverging views among European leaders and the lack of a public debate on the subject continue to hamper the formation of a consistent missile defense policy among its stakeholders.
