This report summarizes the results of the 10th China-US Strategic Nuclear Dynamics Dialogue, which was held in June 2016. The discussions focused on 1) military developments in the Asia-Pacific region and their potential impact on strategic US-China relations; 2) the links between nuclear weapons, the cyber domain and outer space; 3) country-specific relations with Russia and their influences on arms control and other nuclear dynamics; 4) general regional nuclear challenges; 5) the role of nuclear and strategic capabilities in military alliances; and 6) the continuing parts played by strategic stability and reassurance.
