This report presents the results of a comprehensive ECFR survey which targeted EU policy makers and think tanks. More specifically, the report’s authors provide myriad visual representations of the views held by Europe’s professional political class and explore the potential for future coalition building between member states. Note: The report’s four chapters represent four different angles to the analyses that were conducted – preferences, influence, essential partners, and policies.
