This bulletin examines Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy views and their implications for the United States should she win the Presidential election in November 2016. The former US Secretary of State does indeed remain a strong advocate of US interventionism on a global scale, which would rely on strong alliances as a critical component of US policy. The text’s author further anticipates that Clinton would sustain America’s current pivot towards Asia while also emphasizing increased market access and diplomatic reconciliation.
