Series

The Environmental Change and Security Program (ECSP) is based at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC, USA. Founded in 1994, the ECSP is a nonpartisan policy forum on environment, population, health and security issues. This series seeks to generate fresh thinking on the world's water problems.
