The mission of the Baltic Defence College (BDC) is to educate and further the personal and professional development of military officers from the Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The activities of the college are carried out in close collaboration with the national defense academies of the three Baltic states. The BDC Reports and Proceedings provide information on conferences and other events that were organized by the BDC.
