This briefing paper analyzes the implementation of the 2010 Kenyan constitution and the subsequent impact it has had on democracy, governance and constitutionalism in the country. The analysis is based on the results of an Afrobarometer survey conducted in late 2011. Overall, the survey shows that Kenyans approve the ongoing process of implementing the constitution.
