This brief looks at the post-2015 aid agenda that will follow the Millennium Development Goals and at its implications for the UN Development System (UNDS). It argues for a more united and coherent vision for the UNDS claiming that its fragmentation is a serious impediment to its effectiveness. The authors conclude with some recommendations they think could strengthen the UNDS.
