In July 2014 the United Nations' Open Working Group on Sustainable Development Goals tabled a proposal that laid out "an integrated [and] indivisible set of global priorities for sustainable development." This briefing paper 1) elaborates on and critically appraises the working group's priorities; 2) highlights the implementation challenges they face; and 3) contemplates the national road maps that will be needed to transform desires into realities.
