This paper analyzes the impact of information technology on globalization and social development. The author explains how the international reach of capitalism has spread through the process of globalization. The paper details how the enhanced information and communication technologies have internationally fueled productivity sources, lead to revised organizational business forms and aided the construction of a global economy.
