This paper discusses reform options for the constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), focusing on the shortcomings of the Dayton peace accords and the reform of BiH's constituent units' constitutions. The paper explores the implications of a decision by the BiH Constitutional Court on the status and equality of BiH's constituent peoples, introduces options for symmetrical and asymmetrical reform and assesses the implications for the legitimacy of BiH's state structure.
