This paper assesses how established Development Assistance Committee donor countries should interact with new donors. The authors examine strategies for cooperation with new donors and explain the requirements and alternatives for trilateral development cooperation. The paper suggests that an open dialogue should be upheld and indirect cooperation should be offered to the new donors.
