This paper uses an elaborate simulation game to examine the sources, dynamics, and consequences of right wing populism in Europe. As part of their efforts, the text’s authors 1) define right wing populism, to include its specific characteristics and historical roots; 2) explore this movement’s recent popularity in Europe; and 3) spell out the methodological mechanisms used during the simulation so that assorted teachers and trainers can use this educational tool.
