This publication explores the US military and the consequences of the information revolution. The author focuses on the relationship between traditional defense systems and modern information technologies. The results are based on a meeting held by the National Defense University to gain insight into the risks and vulnerabilities inherent in the use of information technology on the battlefield and as part of military systems.
