This publication examines the US strategy against global terrorism, in light of the failed War on Terror and increased attacks by Muslims against Muslims in various parts of the world. The authors explore bureaucratic roles and missions, processes, and organizations within the US government, and the persistent support for terrorism within many Muslim societies.
