Publication

This publication argues that greater US involvement in areas peripheral to vital interests - such as Bosnia and Herzegovina - must be examined with greater deliberation than that displayed currently. The authors propose that expanded US involvement and attempts to reassert US leadership in the region could destabilize Bosnia and undermine EU policy. The publication highlights the danger in re-exerting US leadership, before providing four guiding principles for possible US policy change.
