This publication provides survey results measuring awareness and evaluation of international organizations in Africa. The results reveal that interviewees are not keenly aware of international organizations, although where it does exist, higher awareness leads to lower evaluations. The authors also find that while education, gender and habitat affect popular awareness, in the specific example of South Africa race also affects evaluations of international organizations.
