This brief explores the possibility of successful joint investigations in bilateral Indo-Pakistani anti-terrorism operations. The author juxtaposes the desirability of joint action with its feasibility, as well as looking for models for such cooperation. The author discusses this in the context of the 2008 Mumbai attack.
