This report looks at the Indus Water Treaty (1960) and discusses some of India and Pakistan's concerns and interests in relation to the treaty and the efficient use of the river's water resources. The author explains the issues that strain the treaty and recommends that the two countries need to find political, but also scientifically sound solutions to develop the water resources.
