This report is the result of a round-table seminar organised by FIIA in 2003 on the initiative of the Swiss embassy in Helsinki. The aim of the gathering of neutral or non-aligned European countries was to discuss the current shape of their policies and the future of neutrality and non-alignment in general. All participants share their individual point of view in this report.
