Publication

This report is the final product of a project aimed at clarifying and evaluating the policy choices and strategies underlying the relationship between Russia and the EU. The paper raises the question whether the "Common Strategy on Russia" is a success and analyses which long-term strategies should be pursued. The paper illuminates the issues from different perspectives.
