This book evaluates US-Egyptian relations at the turn of the 21st century and ties together three essential components of the US-Egyptian equation. The first addresses domestic issues in Egypt and the prospects for internal political stability. The second considers Egypt's regional role in the post-Cold War environment. And the third looks at the outlook for the US-Egyptian partnership in the 21st century.
