Publication

This publication presents the findings of a CGD survey undertaken by members of the development community in the run-up to the Copenhagen climate conference. The survey covers three main issues: actions and responsibilities, international transfers and their allocations, and institutions and governance. This analysis focuses on differences and similarities in the views of developing and developed-country respondents.
