The study focuses on the anti-crisis action taken during 2008–2009, with the concerted action by the Group of Twenty (G-20) in cooperation with international organizations of special interest. The study depicts the G-20 decisions, resolutions etc. as a world-wide stabilization program, analyzing its content in terms of the means of stabilization policy and assessing its significance.
