This report provides an account of observations in the Dmanisi district (DEC #24), where on the day of Georgia’s Local Elections on 30 May 2010, the European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) conducted election observations in a total of 25 Precinct Election Commissions (PECs), which amounts to half of the total of 50 PECs in the district. Overall, the elections in the monitored PEC took place without any major violations of the Election Code.
