This book looks at the oversight of the security sector in Georgia and makes recommendations for the way forward. More specifically, it looks at the actors involved in oversight, such as parliament, the court of audit, the media and civil society and at specific examples or oversight such as the role of parliament with regard to the August War and Georgia-Russia relations.
