This note draws on the experience of staff, project reviews and donor reports to discuss the work of the Research and Policy in Development (RAPID) ahead of the program’s tenth anniversary in 2012. The authors provide a brief history of the RAPID program and then outline RAPID’s evolving capacity development work.
