Publication

This report reviews an IDLO project which provides training and technical assistance to judges and prosecutors in Kosovo in the rule of law field. Although the program was deemed a success, the report concludes that there remains much to be done in order to bring the judiciary in Kosovo up to the level where it can be an effective branch of the state.
