In this paper, the author tries to unravel the concept of grand strategy, as it deals with subjects that touch the sources of sovereignty. The essay begins with the general subject, then examines the US relationship with international law, and offers some thoughts on US grand strategy now and in the foreseeable future and its connection to international law.
