During the 2009 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Copenhagen developed nations committed to the mobilization of long term climate finance from public and private sources. In this paper the authors map the different ways German public finance is mobilizing private investment and identify some early emerging trends.
