This report provides an outlook on post-conflict reconstruction in the Balkans. The authors detail how the region will require sustained help and support from the West, which in turn must supply not only the necessary resources, but also the political will. The report emphasizes the need for a long-term strategy to provide comprehensive security, continental integration, and economic and political reform in the Balkans.
