Publication

This paper assesses what is needed to achieve universal and sustainable access to infrastructure, specifically water, energy and transport post-2015. Using illustrative goals and targets, the paper reviews the development challenges facing each of these infrastructure sectors, with a summary of the key messages at the end of each chapter. The paper ends with general conclusions about infrastructure in the post-2015 development agenda.
