This research brief examines Brazil’s technical co-operation with Africa. More specifically, it analyzes the way it is structured, its major achievements thus far, and the challenges it still faces. In the latter case, the brief argues that rapidly expanding co-operation and 'project proliferation' have led to an inevitable question -- does Brazil have the capacity to sustain its current level of engagement with its African partners?
