This brief provides an update of the Quality of Agricultural Official Development Assistance (Ag QuODA), which measures how well donors score in terms of the quality of their agricultural aid. It does this by using new data from the Creditor Reporting System. The authors find that the quality of official development assistance varies widely, with multilateral donors generally doing better on average than bilateral donors.
