This article looks at the nature of Indian-Chinese relations in the wake of incursions following Chinese state visits to India in 2013. The author examines the territorial disputes and other areas of competition between the countries and concludes by advocating a calibrated enhancement of Indian resistance to Chinese pressure and ambitions.
