This practice note looks at the benefits of integrating gender issues into justice reform as a part of wider Security Sector Reform (SSR) and provides practical information on how to do this. It also highlights post-conflict challenges and opportunities for the integration of gender issues into justice reform in Kenya, South Africa, and Timor Leste.
