This paper looks at the ongoing conflicts in Central African Republic and DR-Congo, as well as the continued violence in Egypt. It also discusses Al-Shabaab activity in Kenya following the attack on Westgate mall in Nairobi and examines the deadly opposition protests in Sudan.
