This paper looks at how countries with close historical ties to Turkey view the new developments in Turkey's foreign policy. The authors asked experts to consider Turkey’s role in their own countries and how this role has altered local perceptions of Turkey. The paper then summarizes these discussions with an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of Turkey’s foreign policy in the region.
