This PS discusses the November 2013 agreement between the P5+1 and Iran on the latter's nuclear program. More specifically, the author describes the negotiating process that led to the agreement and argues that a final accord needs to include a clear monitoring and review process. It is only through such clarity that Iran will be able to earn back the international community's trust and confidence.
