This brief examines the level of access to household services such as electricity and water in Lesotho. The author says that there are widespread difficulties accessing these services in the country, and that this applies to a majority of urban and rural inhabitants as well as those with differing levels of poverty. She argues that as household services are essential for improving the quality of life, Lesotho needs to work to increase access to them.
