Publication

This paper discusses the importance of controlling nuclear material and accounting for nuclear security. According to the author, establishing and enhancing existing nuclear material control and accounting (MC&A) programs could help enhance the battle against the misuse of nuclear material by non-state actors and thereby improve nuclear security.
