This analysis focuses on Serbia and Kosovo's attempts to normalize relations since the beginning of 2013. Despite the numerous obstacles thrown in their way, the article concludes that joint European Union, NATO and Swiss peacebuilding efforts, along with the prospect of both countries joining the EU, have led to improved relations between the two states.
