Publication

This report summarizes the results of a workshop convened by the European Centre for Minority Issues in 2013 on the topic of the definition and meaning of minority. Participants of the workshop agreed that alternative meanings of minority exist, which may challenge and transform the prevailing definition. Looking at these differences, the workshop identified the struggles taking place over meaning, as well as possibilities for change.
