This report discusses some of the proposals and actions to strengthen the EU's Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP). More specifically, the report reviews the debates surrounding different aspects of CSDP, including European military and defense structures and the conceptual and operational levels of European defense, and offers recommendations to ensure adequate security and defense policy implementation in the long run.
