The European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) is an autonomous EU agency that is designed to 1) foster a common security culture within the Union, 2) support the elaboration and projection of EU foreign policy, and 3) enrich strategic debates in and out of Europe. The EUISS Reports feature the output of major EUISS research projects and topical events, combining the account of the proceedings and original analysis.
