This report summarizes the primary mission of the Group of Personalities (GoP), which is to recommend a long-term vision for CSDP-related research that will ideally boost European defense cooperation. The report also includes the GoP's recommendations on how to launch an EU-funded Defence Research Programme (EDRP) that will function beyond 2020.
