Publication

This paper advocates a new approach to achieving sustainable development in the post-2015 development agenda. The paper argues that an approach that emphasizes the rule of law and promotion of justice is essential for realizing equitable growth, inclusive social development and environmental sustainability. It further emphasizes that concerted action is needed to enhance legal frameworks, build institutional capacity and empower the poor to achieve sustainable development.
