This brief discusses the implications of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the United States and the European Union for third countries, such as Norway. The authors argue that the realization of the TTIP may have consequences for these countries, though the effects will most likely be fairly moderate and easy to reverse if they enter into a separate agreement with the USA.
