This article illustrates how the international community needs to redouble its efforts to regulate the research and development of nano-enabled products. The author asserts that while nanotechnology is regarded as extremely effective (silver bullet) for a host of security challenges, there's growing concern over what might happen if it falls into the wrong hands.
